Non-receipt of pension amount against Jevan suraksha Policy

Dear Sir,

Policy Number: 140951159

Plan: Jeevan Suraksha Plan

Matured on: March.

This is to bring to your kind attention that I have not received any pension amount of the above mentioned policy even after 2 years of its maturity. I have already contacted the Rudrapur Branch with the same issue last year and this year as well but did not hear any positive response. Also, a hand written complaint was submitted with the Rudrapur branch but to no avail. Please look into this.
