Policy bond (200732741) not received

Dear LIC team,

We have one LIC policy which no. is 200732741 but we have not yet received bond of this policy and we have many time complaint to Mr. Sameer Khare (9827341800) and Mr. B.M Pandey (0751-2448625) but we have received only speed post no.(EI042329092IN) as on date and Mr. Sameer and us are also trying to check it but speed post team is not responding to us so I request to LIC team to help in this matter and provide our policy bond on top priority.
