Loan interst not credited, policy cancelled

Policy no 170521417 B.O. sant Nagar, Karnal

Rs 20333/- were deposited by me in cash on 24/12 vide receipt no 7338251 dt. 24.12.05

The amount was not credited to my policy and the same was cancelled due to non payment of loan.

The concerned office was contacted but got no reply

This is no my fault. Why the amount was not credited

and where it has gone
