My policy no 170521417 relates to B.O. Sant Nagar Karnal. Policy was forclosed due to non payment of loan instalment within 5 years. Loan interst was paid vide receipt no 7338251 dt. 24.12.05 within 3 years of loan received but the policy was forclosed due to non payment within 5 years. Had it not been forclosed, I would have depsoted all my dues in time. Now I am deprived of benefits, it is non of my fault, the mistske is that the credit amount was not taken by the computer

Kidnly solve my problem and give me all benefits
