I had taken your plan 188-5 for IT exemption in the month of Mar.2010 vide BOC No.36848 dt.31.03.10 Rs.10000/- but till date neither I have received my policy nor they have return my money. Again they have demand Bank statement which already debit in my S.B.A/c.
