NON PAYMENT OF INTREST

DEAR SIR

i have a policy of above insurer no.232228795 who have clause in itself that whenever i don't take my survival benifit it would reinvest in policy deposit @11% per annum and any time you withdraw that particular amount you get intrest of that particular time period but i am surprised when i go to that office for above payment i was informed that no intrest will be given to you due to non recieving of cancilation if this is reason than why they hold my amount of rs 20000/- for one year.

sir please help me to resolve the problem in your apropriate time.
