Non getting the Intrest of my P.F. amount alongwith P.F accumulation

Dear Sir,

Subject: Non getting the Intrest of my P.F. amount alongwith P.F accumulation transfer from PF Trust A/C. NO. WB/9961/Exm/358 to Member PF Account no. RJ/1128/21833 in respect of Mr. Vipin Kumar Jain (All corrospondence with P.F.office Kota are given below for your ready reference).

Please note that M/S. Kanoria employees provident fund trust had been transferred a cheque of Rs.60078/- to P.F.Office Kota (Refer: Kota P.F office letter no. PF/CASH/VDR/02/998 dt. 24.10.2007) in June. Kota P.F Office had returned this cheque to M/S. Kanoria employees provident fund trust due to failure of his new receipt system under BPR Project. I had followed by so many e-mails and discussed personally or telephonically to Mr. R.M.Verma (P.F. Commisioner, Kota) so many times for the same transfer matter but no corrective action and no response received from his end.

After a long duration and continous followup with P.F.Office Kota, I had received a letter no. RJ / 1128 / 21833 / II / 851 dt. 1.07.08 from P.F.Office Kota regarding tranfer of my PF Contibution accumulation of Rs. 60078/-from PF Trust A/C. NO. WB/9961/Exm/358 to Member PF Account no. RJ/1128/21833 in the financial year 09 and find the contents therein. I informed by e-mail to P.F.Office Kota immediately that Intrest is missing since 7.6.2007 to till now in this amount. After this, they took the initiative and send the letter to M/S. Kanoria employees provident fund trust. Now till date, I didn't get any reply from P.F.Office Kota regarding deposit of my P.F.intrest from 7.6.2007 to 1.7.2008 inspite of my several reminder. I want intrest of this period, whether P.F.Kota will deposit the same OR Kanoria employees provident fund trust. This is the responsibility of P.F. Office Kota as they have returned the Cheque earlier due to their System problem.

Your Immediate response & direction is required especially for this issue from your end as this matter is pending since June. You are requested to Kindly takeup this matter seriously and intimate me immediately about deposit of intrest as per return mail. I am not getting any reply from Mr. R.M.Verma and his office regarding the same issue.
