Policy not enrolling

Dear Sir,

I have enroll policies online in LIC website but it showing invalid cannot understand why it showing invalid, as my other policy have enrolled.

I already register online complaint no- 314533, but i am unable to understand why still my policy is not been enrolled online still showing 12P error, 24P error as me submitting the Installment in due time but it showing policy status as closed.

requested you to kindly update me.
