Not recevied my policy

I am not recevied my policy no :-903564266 DOC 20/11. please tell me what to do? to get my policy.

i will talk to my agent & he say that please check in the post office & i do it but the post office person say your policy address is not proper so they return the policy to lic of india's head office & lic office person say thay don't have it. then where is my policy
