Non fulfilment of POLICY

My pol.377709852 matured in 3 but till date sum not received.

Lic vide portal complaint No.112005309 dt 6.07.2011 assured to resolve my case within 15 days but nothing is forth coming? I have undergone BRAIN TUMOR operation in 2 which is in the know of LIC for surrender value as Iam in need of MONEY.
