Less payment of lic policy

I wish to know payment details of my policy no.680025662 (city br.17). Instead of sending ch for total amount an amount of Rs.4- was deducted as OTHER DEDUCTIONS with out any particulars. My policy is of 1986 and I think it is exempted from tax.(amaramadhav@yahoo.co.in ph no.9000089991
