LIC of India/ Jivan Surbhi
Money back cheque not received

I having LIC of india policy- Jivan surbhi with profit Policy No.862922155 dated 28-08.

LIC office send the Money back cheque of Rs. 12500 /- in August through speed post but still i dint get it.

I have submitted a written complaint in Vapi office and try to contact them by phone, but still there is no respnce from their side.

please help me to get my amount.
