Claim yet not received

Dear Sir,

My LIC P&GS Annuity policy # is - 011Y0817063408. I already submitted Live certificate and documents required for ESC facility to LIC P&GS New Delhi office. Five years I got cheques regulaorly, but this year I am suppose to get cheque or ECS payment on 17-18th Aug-11, but payment not received yet. I sent couple of mails to LIC office also but no reply from them...
