I had a LIC policy No. 342042330, which I surrendered prematurely on 13/05 at Shiv Vilas Palace Branch Indore. I was told that the cheque would be released in 3/4 days but now I am told that due to some technical problem in feeding the data in soft they are not in a position to issue the cheque.
No body in LIC Indore is giving proper answer as to when the matter will be resolved.
