Survival Benefit (money Back) not recieved

This is to bring in your notice that I was supposed to get Rs 20000.00 as Money back survival benefit against my LIC Policy no 160955250 (Cantt Branch, PCF Building, Lucknow) in the month of september.

In this reagrd, after some enquiry, I was given to understand that payment has been made through cheque number 828322 dt 28.09. but the same has not yet been received by me.
