Non Return of Maturity Amount

I, Karan Singh had requested to refund of Jeevan Surbhi Policy No 240402477 dt 12 Jun 1997 vide my registered letter No KSS/01/Pers dt 07 Oct by submitting the original Policy. In return, Pithoragarh Branch send a form to me for filling up and signature. I returned the same duly filled up and signed by 1st week of Nov. Even expiry of more than six month period, no response has been received from Pithoragarh Branch. Request take necessary action and remit my policy maturity amount immediately.
