Money Back Policy No. 551752987, Cheque for Maturing Amount Rs.13928/- received vide letter dated 11.03. Unfortunately the Cheque has been misplaced and could not be remitted in the bank.
Kindly request you to Stop Payment for the old Cheque and issue me a Fresh Cheque for the above said amount.
