Non reciept of health card

Dear Sir,

Ref policy No : 696676054 (Jeevan Arogya)

I Girish Kumar have taken the policy to cover my old parents under medical insurance. The policy was issued in Nov. Till date the health card is not recieved inspite of regular followup. After taking the case with Insurance Agent also the matter is not resolved. Since my parents are o;d and staying alone until unless the card is not there they may not be able to utilise the facility. Kindly the matter may be taken appropriately for settlement
