Non-payment of annuity

I retired from Reliance Industries Limited, Mumbai, on 30th June. The amount I received from this Company towards Superannuation has been deposited with LIC of India who are supposed to give me annuity of Rs.2524/- every month. So far I have received only only one payment for the month of August. When I personally visited their office sometime during end Sept they informed that my docket/file has been transferred to their Divisional Office at Ernakulam, Kerala. However, DO Ernakulam confirmed that they have not yet received my file from LIC Mumbai and following up with them for my file. Despite sending emails to them by DO Ernakulam, they are neither responding nor remitting the payment to my bank account. My annuity number is 091M0802150048 and name K M A Menon. I am a retired person and partly depending on my pension.
