Non credit of amount till date

Dear Sir,

I have opened a policy of LIC from Ranchi (Jharkhand) through ECS (Electronic Clearing System). The premium of the same has been deposited at PWD office Branch Pratapgarh (Uttar Pradesh) for the month of Jul and Aug on 20 Aug but the same has not yet been credited or deposited on my policy and no action has been taken by the above branch. In view of the above I have facing Penalty / late fees of deposit of Premium. Hence you are requested to do the needful.
