On line premium payment receipt

Dear sir,

i made a renewal premium payment online for my policy no.531135214 through my ICICI Bank account for Rs.1319=00 on 03/01 vide payment id no 197900829.

But the LIC has not sent my premium payment receipt till 07/01.So, you are requested to forward my grievance.
