My father Vijay Shankar Tiwari had issued 2 no's of cheque for policy no.285488667 & 285488668 on 30.10.10 at gyanpur road branch of LIC (Branch code 295). but in the month of february after gap of 3-31/2 month one cheque was bounce for which i have to pay bank charges and also LIC had collected penalty from us for which they are totally responsible. i cann't understand why they had presented cheque so late. atleast they should not collect penalty form us. my cell no. is 8097661365. i want strict action towards ir-responsibiity of the branch.
