Maturity amount differance

Received a letter from LIC of India MOTI NAGAR Branch 129 stating maturity of policy no.210482333 amounting Rs.236200.00. Written by LIC itself. But when I received the amount it was Rs224400.00.Contacted branch in person. Nobody could able to explain why deduction was made. I have both the documents with me. Written to branch manager, E-mail to branch manager, divisional manager, customer zone but no action by officer. It looks nobody is interested to reply.
