Dear Sir,

Pls Help,

Contentiously follow up from June 23 till date i am not received any reply from LIC.

I was taken a policy from LIC on 28-10-1970, Policy No-S28313850, Divisional Office-Indore. But till date I am not received any refund money from LIC while as I am deposited the premium last 1974. Pls help in this matter. Pls find attached scan copy of Policy Bond & Premium Receipt.
