Non refund of my deducted income tax owing to non update of NSDL for the the financial year 10

Respected Sir,

With reference to the above subject, I am extremely sorry to point out that the Income Tax which was deducted at source (my LICI Commission), was not deposited to my PAN No AFVPM7907G by NSDL for financial year 10. As a result, I did not received the refund amount which was due to me June. My income is not Taxable as yet.

Please investigate the matter and do the needful so I shall not suffer any financial loss.
