Non Payment Of Annuity No 7958

Sir,

I am regularly receiving Annuity payment in the mode of post dated cheques from LIC of India. This year I received a letter from LIC to submit 'Certificate of Existence' to its office at University Road, Shivaji Nagar and same was submitted on 20th May. Still I have not received Annuity Payment from LIC. My Name is Mrs Vaishali Pawar and my Annuity no. is 7958.

Please do the needful.
