Dear Sir,

I wish to inform your that, I am an Ex. Employee of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. I have been contentiously receiving Pension cheques from LIC of India, this year I have received a letter which I filled and send to LIC of India, (P & GS Deptt.) Jeevan Prakash Building New Delhi through Speed Post (No. EF-968233025 Dtd.24-11) but it is very disappointing that even after four month neither I have received my pension cheques nor any thing has been communicated to me.

I request you to please look into the matter and resolve ASAP.
