Loan against my Policy

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have applied for Loan in Life Insurance Corporation of India against my Policy No.412149380 which is operational since 1996. I have applied for Loan against this Policy on Feb '12, in normal cases it should not take more than 1 month time to disburse the loan.

But till today i did not received my Loan against this policy. Subsequently when i check with the receiving desk about my loan status, they told me that i did not submitted the required form along with my original policy to the respective department. But when i produced all the proof of my submission, than they told me due to overloading of works, they could not find my documents to process. I approached to the Branch Manager (City 4), Shayambazer Branch (Kolkata), and again submitted all the documents to him on 20th April. But till date no information passed on to me.

Please do the needful and direct this department not to play with individual like me who really require the loan for immediate expenses.
