I have the honour to state that i have purchased one lici policy no484939288

doc 28/12 table 48 ppt 10 years term20yrs from lici GBO- I PIN 781001

for sum assured 100000/.

through ECS payment from my UNITED BANK OF INDIA G.S.ROAD BRANCH

ULUBARI GUWAHATI 781007 VIDE ACCOUNT NO-0853010057410.

After 18 th moths ecs cutting upto 28/05, my ecs monthly cutting from

my bank account was stopped till to day. I Complain the matter through my

agent to lici DIVISION OFFICE GUWAHATI 781007, but with no result.

Please suggest me what to do., after non payment of ecs for 6 month this

policy will get lasped and it will not pssible for me to pay a huge amount.

So please suggest.
