Non known about the status of my investment

Dear Sir,

My self is Rishi Srivastava from Lucknow.

On 2nd March i had taken LIC's Money Plus ULIP Plan with an early

premium of Rs. 30000.00. This is unfortunate to say that after 3 years

of this investment i couldn't able to get a single statement of my

investment and when ever i tried to get this from their Branches at

Lucknow, i was told the various reasons to escape with.

Kindly advice what i have to do.
