Premium showing unpaid / pending against policy – 114192380

Hi

I have made a premium payment against my Policy 114192380 on dated 05-10 at branch located at K G Marg (Branch Unit – 11J). Payment done through cheque and also it’s been cleared on dated 08-10 whereas it’s showing pending in FUP and on LIC site.

Have submitted written request on dated 03-01 along with below mentioned copies.

but still have not received any revert on this

1. Copy of deposited renewal receipt.

2. Premium paid certificate FY 2012.

3. Copy of Online premium payment site (which is showing pending).

4. Copy of the cheque.

Request your kind intervention to close out the said issue.
