Honourable Sir,

The Policy No 370578388 sum assured Rs 85000.00. The Nominee to the Policy is My son Mr Balsomeshwar Mishra and date of commencement was 02-08-1994. This Policy has been surrendered by the registered post on 7.12.10 to The Branch Manager, LIC of India, Shahdol Branch Near Rajendra Talkies Shahdol for settling the final claims. Honourable Manager has yet not disposed the final claims of the said policy. On the telephonic contact, the LIC Office is non responsive to reply regarding factual positions of settling the claim.

May kindly, The Honourable Forum, request on my behalf to The Honourable Branch Manager LIC India Shahdol to dispose of the pending payments along with the losses due to delay in payemnts including interest on the payable amount. Thanks & Profound regards,
