Life Insurance Policy
Non receipt of original policy document

I have opned a postal Life Insurance policy for Rs one lakh on 17th Feb while I was serving in Trehgam, Kupwara Distt of J&K from the rep of The Addl Directorate General of APS (PLI Cell), C/o 56 APO and acceptance in this regard received from this vide their PLI proposal No 761529/52, EA/40 dated 06 march. Premium amount of Rs 695=00 only per month have also start deducted from my pay and allowances from Pay and Accounts Division, BSF, Pushpa Bhawan, New Delhi from the month of Aug onwards as i am serving in BSF. But till date I have not recd the original policy documets of said PLI policy. Request send the original PLI policy documents to me in my following address.
