Sub: Complaint against Policy Account No .: NLG1209217

With due respect i want to state you that I, Manpreet Singh Dargan (Policy Holder) of Aviva Life Insurance company India Ltd

for Policy Account No .: NLG1209217, was wrongly informed about the policy that the Duration of the Policy is of 5 years and Locking period is of 3 yrs and will get (20 to 30 %) interest Paid amount.

So, I paid for 3 yrs i: e 20, 000 per annum = Rs 60, 000 Total

But now today at the time of maturity they are paying me Policy Fund Value Total Rs 28, 187 after 6 yrs.

But i want my principal amount along with interest now only and don't want the continuation of the policy

Last year too i lodge the complaint in Aviva Complaint Office, but i didn't get the positive response for same.

However the truth is that FRAUD is been done to me, by wrong promises and the information mentioned in the letter was different.

I would be very greatfull to you please resolve the same on priority and help me in return back my fund!

Otherwise my next Step is to move to Consumer Court to fight against them as these people are making money for themselves & taking our hard earned money...
