To stop the unwanted charges from 54000030 against my BSNL mobile 9436607970

With due respect and honor, I would like to place my request for your kind consideration and necessary action. I am enjoying your cell one services from the last 4 years, but from the last year an agency bearing number 54000030 is charging Rs.30/- every month without providing any cricket alert sms services. I tried to stop the services through SMS but the number was found to be unrecognizable. I have also tried to place my complain in the BSNL customer care service of but failed. I want to request you to stop the unwanted services immediately from my BSNL Cell one no. 9436607970. I also want to request you with respect to RTI (Right To Information Act) to provide the necessary information about the agency (54000030) who is cheating the customers
