Non refund of fix deposit

Dear sir

i had invested rs.15000.00 by fd. no 1198/5086.

i had also deposited origional reciept on demand on29/05 ackonowement for repayment wide recept

no 78.at AHMEDABAD OFFICE.

but till date i had not recieved any amount. and i do not know where to concect.

please do the need ful inthis matter.
