Non refund priciest amount

We have not yet received the balance payment of Principal amount since long back. I have F.D amounting to Rs.10, 000.00 with afore said company. Though the maturity date was expired on 15/05/99, the said company was only paid Rs.6000.00 and after repeated request, the said concern has not responded for paying the rest amount. Kindly arrange to take necessary steps, so that the said concern is bound to pay the rest principal amount immediately.
