Non receipt of refund

Sir,

My Investor ID no. 228848417, Bond Certificate no. 44946963, Bond maturity date 1st April Maturity Value Rs. 20, 700.00 in the name of my Son Anjan Bharadwaj (Minor), Represented by me, Anantha Padmanabha D S (Father), wish to bring to your attenttion that i have not received the refund till date. I have already submitted the original to their Bangalore office on 22nd September being the second time after attesting my signature from State Bank of India.

Earlier, they had rejected my claim with the reason that Signature attestation by Sir M Visvesvaray Co-operative Bank will not be considered and treated as signature not matching.

But till date i have not received my refund amounting to Rs. 20, 700 interest till date.
