ASKING MORE MONEY THAN THE BILLED AMOUNT AND LATE SUPPLY OF COOKING GAS

Respected Sir/Madam, I write this complaint with a lot of Tolerance & patience that every Month the delivery boys of Madhavi Gas Agency, Shaikpet, Hyderabad who supply cooking gas at my home forcebly asking extra amount than the bill amount issued by Madhavi Gas Agency, Shakpet, Hyd, AP. These boys use bad language & deliberately follow delay or late supplies as per the Bill printed date, Only as a purpose of not paying extra amount to them. As a tip sometimes, I give some amount but, every time I cant afford to pay extra as the actual bill amount is increasing very rapidly. Do we have any right to ask to stop this Unauthorized Charges. I need to know is it mandatory to pay extra amount each time rather the bill amount issued by any Gas Agency. I also request the INDIAN CONSUMER FORUM to consider this complaint as a serious issue as many consumer of this gas agency are suffering every month with this harashment in the form of arguement and abusive language through these Delevery boys when they supply the Gas at our home.
