PF Not clearing

Hello,

I had submitted my PF withdrawal form in jun. Mafoi is not giving any response or confirmation for the same. The office staff's are behaving like they dont know anything or they are not ready to process this application. i called them thousand times, every-time they will extend the time by one week or two week and they are not submitting the PF form for PF department. They are saying this is because of the huge accumulation of pf forms they received from employees. I think they are folding hand and having food in front of this accumulated forms.one, from my two years experience with mafoi, i will they they are really idiots dont know how to process anything. i had many experience with them. Please help us to do something on this.
