Megma Agent Abusing Over Phone

I have taken a car loan from Megma Finance Dehradun. I could not pay one instalment due to pressing circumstances. One Mr. Amit Joshi (9690772929) from Dehradun called me up & used highly abusive language for not paying the instalment. The language in four letter words cannot be written on the internet. Apart from that he called me a beggar, a mean rickshaw puller. He asked me to cell my clothes in the market & pay the instalment; threatening me with dire consequences in the coming week... and many more things which cannot be put in writing. I understand there is a code of ethics prescribed by RBI for recovery of loans. Just by not paying one installment one does not become a criminal.

Plz help me out what shall i do shall i go to police, media or shall i spread this article all over internet. I really don;t wana spoil megma repurtation kindly guide me and provide me the tel. nos. of megma Officer.

I already try to send mail to magma@magma.co.in but nobody moniotoring this.
