billing unit 4578 chavni aurangabad

i have paid bill on regular basis since my connection in april

but the msdl not deducted avg bill paid amount from unit.

since jan my bill come as avg 96 unit pm

and in sep 2009 they billed for 796 unit and not deducted avg bill unit 96 p m. from feb to sep 09 768 unit paid
