REMOVE MY NAME FROM DEFAULTERS LIST

Sir,

I approached LIC-HFL for home loan. But they refused to sanction me the same on the plea that I have not paid one instalment of personal loan taken fron icici bank ltd. And I have not paid rs 1500.00 for renewal of car OD ACCOUNT. I had requested the bank that I do not want to continue the same and it should be closed. But bank continued to penalise me with heavy interest instead of closing the same. And two credit cards were settled after paying all the dues.

However, now I have got NOCs after paying the due amt.

You are requested to kindly remove my name from defaulters list and enhance my credit worthiness. And enable me to take home loan because I was never informed by the icici bank about the due amounts. This was really shocking for me that for a petty amt I am refused loan. Kindly help me after removing my name from defaulters list.
