Net banking not activated

Sir

I have applied for SBI netbanking. I have got username and password from bank manager. At that time bank manager told me it will be activated within 3 days.but after 7 days i will ask the status of netbanking the manager told me we dont aware of the netbanking activation the person who will aware on leave. But Still i am waiting for activation of netbanking.

Applied for netbanking in month of sept.2010
