Efund of fixed deposits

I have 8.5 lacs as fixed deposit and 77000.00 cash in my savings acc in Pen Urban bank - Karjat. I understand the accounts are freezeed by RBI . Now what should customers like me do?

1) We all should get united by making a action committee.

2) Make a list of Names, address, amount in savings, current and fixed deposits etc.

3) It is but natural all customers who have taken loans from the bank will show their backs.

4) Still we should not loose our hearts.

5) I reside in Pune city. I have the experience of UNITED WESTERN Bank, RUPEE COOPERATIVE BANK, and SUVARNA SAHAKARI BANK .

5) After forming an action committee a common application along with proofs has to be sent to the finance ministor in Delhi.

6) We should not give enough time to the board of directors to sell their own properties. If that happens then the Director will raise his hands and will run away.

7) Rbi has the policy of refunding only 1 lac of the any amount kept as FD.
