Loan not received

I am vinay had responded to an advertisement in Deccan Herald regarding personal loan to Mansha Associates. Thereafter I got a call from one Ms. Shilpa (Her Contact # 9718970079) asking me to email her the required doc which i did by mail to her email address manshaassociates@gmail.com. On security of my doc she said everything is okay and sent me the sanction letter for Rs. 5 Laksh which she said was sanctioned to me.

She sent me the sanction letter for them too and asked me to deposit Rs.20, 000/- as processing fee, and asked me to deposit Rs. 7200/- as first EMI Advance to them. Ms. Shilpa provided me with an SBI A/c No.(Ravi Kumar : 20008544749 : location Madhuban branch delhi-92 and his contact nos :09718970616) and asked me to deposit the amount to the A/c. No. provided by her. I deposited the amount on october and then she called me and said my loan will reach on 17th of Nov, but still i have not received any loan, since then i am calling her but she is not responding me. she is neither picking up the calls nor responding to my mails and messages. I can provide the sanctioned letter copies sent by her.

Please help me in getting back my money as I am in a very bad financial problem and family doesn't know anything about this, kindly help mine contact nos is 9902837569
