NON receipt of Income Tax Refund for A.Y.09 P.A.No. CCSPS8543N

Dear sirs

I am Mohd Naushad Alam of Maninagar Ahmedabad Gujarat I filled my I.T.Return for A.Y.09 as on 09/04 vide receipt no.1231000121 and my PAN.NO. CCSPS8543N AY-09 WARD 12 (3) AHMEDABAD Cliaming Refund of Rs.6320/-So Far I do not receive my I.t. Refund, I have approached the concerned officer to seek my refund, but he bluntly told me that it will take another year to process the refund. It seems that income tax officials have no concern on public grievance and they behave adamantly and rudely. I am now unemployed I have no other income source, please help at your end in getting back my refund as soon as possible.
