NON-RECEIPT OF SURRENDER VALUE OF ULIP POLICY NO: 577428968

I am sorry to inform you that, I surrendered above policy to the branch CBO: 9 on 15.3.2011 to surrender my policy. But after some days pass I enquired the fate of policy, AAO Sri Kashinath Adak informed me that as this is a foreclosed policy, I can’t prepare voucher and he send two e-mails to IT and CRM but no satisfactory reply received from them till date.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter on top priority basis and take necessary action to the respective depts. So I can get my money back.
