Delay in settlement of insurance claim

Hello, my car Reg. No. TR01-F-0644 met with an accident on 29th Jan.'10.Next day it was placed with the local dealer, M/S Jain Udyog, AD Nagar, Agartala nd susequently all the prerequisite were fulfilled by the 1st week of March, '10. Survey decided the case as total loss nd I agreed for salvage loss settlement nd gave the undertaking in consultation with Mr Haripada Bhowmik, Manager, Jain Udyog, Agartala. Till date I am to receive any compensation/ Communication from the insurance authority, The New India Assurance Co. Ltd.compelling me to face lot of hardship. Pl.help. Thanking you,
