Complaint regarding insurance transfe

Dear Sir

I would like to inform you that I have visited your maruti showroom in KARNAL name “KARNAL MOTORS” FOR transfer my insurance. The person name is MR.MANISH, They asked me for inspection charges RS/ 150 and they said that this is commission for our surveyor, without this our surveyor will not done the inspection, and it will take 1 hour, when I said that I can’t wait for one hour then they said that if you will come again on any other day then again you have to pay 300/-(150 for today and 150 for any other day).

I can’t expect this kind of service and all from a reputed company (MARUTI).
